As well as being situated in a desirable Oxfordshire location, our meeting rooms all have free car parking, broadband connection and teleconferencing. All bookings for meeting rooms and conferences are co-ordinated by the Centre Manager who will plan and organise any special requirements you may have, including catering. All our meeting rooms are also serviced by an on-site IT expert who is available for any technical issues. Delegates are welcomed at reception and also have use of the Social Court for taking refreshments, if requested.

Day delegate rate per person of £25.00. Minimum number of 10 delegates.

  • Coffee & tea on arrival
  • Mid morning coffee and tea and biscuits
  • Sandwich lunch (see below)
  • Mid afternoon tea and coffee with biscuits
  • Standard meeting room equipment

Lunch can be made available in the communal social court area or in your meeting room.

Half day meeting room hire of £110.00 from 8.30 - 12.30AM or 1.00 - 5.00PM:

Option 3
One day meeting room hire of £195.00 from 8.30AM - 5.00PM:

  • Standard meeting room equipment
  • Welcome tea and coffee and biscuits


Standard equipment provided in each meeting room:

Flip chart / dry wipe board and pens, A4 writing pads & pens, telephone (airtime extra), broadband connection, video / DVD, teleconferencing (air time extra).
