The Oxford Networking Lunch Club (ONLC)

The Oxford Networking Lunch Club (ONLC) was set up over 9 years ago and now has a great following and is seen as one of the most popular networking lunch clubs in the area. Bloxham Mill took over the running of the club at the beginning of 2010 and the objective remains the same:

To enable members and guests to meet at a different interesting venue each month to enjoy both good networking and good food and wine.

The meetings take place on the first Tuesday of every month (with the exception of Bank Holiday weeks when we tend to move to the Wednesday or the week after), and the only months we miss are January and August.

The "networking" part of the lunch is undertaken is as follows:

• Each person that attends a meeting will on arrival be allocated to a table and given a delegate list.
• Each table will have a captain allocated, who will ensure that everyone is introduced by them at the end of the meal and say a little bit about what every one on the table does and what hat they are hoping to gain from attending. For example, it might be that you wish to feature a forthcoming seminar, event or have a special offer on your goods and services. If any club member wishes to bring along any promotional literature they are more than welcome to do so. A "propaganda table" will be set up in the bar area where literature can be displayed. There is also the opportunity to continue networking after the lunch in the bar or restaurant.

The costs of attending each function will be £25 inclusive and payment must be made in advance to ensure your place at the lunch club is reserved.
