During January 2020 we have been working with Robin Lines Associates, as part of our client spotlight showcase, to tap into his top tips for sales success… 

At the reception on 28th January, Robin’s talk was well-received from a very engaged audience, and the presentation even ran over time based on the interactivity during the session. In spite of this, there were still plenty of questions saved for the Q&A session at the end!

One of the key takeaways from the presentation was Robin’s advice on how to set up a sales call. For those in the audience who weren’t natural salespeople – actually arranging a time with someone to pitch in your product can really help ease the pressure on both sides, and Robin shared some great tips on closing the appointment.

Robin’s presentation gave some great tips on how to convert prospects into customers. Really helpful for a small rapidly growing business.
